Sancionar al jugador del Club Floresta, Sr. BENITEZ DIEGO, DNI 29221370, por el término de 5 partidos,
Art. 185 del RDTP.-

MATCH: LA PERLA vs. C. HELVECIA (5ta), de fecha 20/06/2010:
Visto: Los informes de los árbitros de los partidos de fecha 20/06/2010.-
RESUELVE:
* Dar por perdido los partidos en 5ta categoría al Club C. Helvecia, con el siguiente resultado: La Pela (1)
C. Helvecia (0), Art. 32 y 33 del RDTP.-
* Sancionar al Club C. Helvecia con una multa de 58 V.E. a $ 5 c/u. Art. 109 del RDTP.-

MATCH: SANJUSTINO vs. COLON SAN JUSTO (5ta), de fecha 21/06/2010:
Visto: El informe del los árbitros de fecha 21/06/2010.-
RESUELVE:
* Solicitar descargo por escrito para el día 29/06/2010 al Club Colón de San Justo. Se deja copia de informe
en la secretaría de la Liga Santafesina de Fútbol.-
* Sancionar provisoriamente al jugador del Club Colón de San Justo, Sr. GRASS IAN EZEQUIEL, -
MATCH: LA SALLE vs. LAS FLORES (5ta), de fecha 21/06/2010:
Visto: El informe del los árbitros de fecha 21/06/2010, nota del Club La Salle y las planillas de
partidos.-
RESUELVE:
* Solicitar al Colegio de árbitros que cite para el día 29/06/2010 en la sede de la Liga Santafesina de Fútbol a las 20:30 y sancione por el término de 15 días al árbitro del partido Sr. Belásquez José. Art. 279 del RDTP.-
* Solicitar a la Secretaría de Torneos que se reprograme el partido. Art. 32 y 33 del RDTP.-

MATCH: ARGENTINOS vs. N. HORIZONTE (6ta), de fecha 21/06/2010:
Visto: El informe del los árbitros de fecha 21/06/2010.-
RESUELVE:
* Solicitar a ambos clubes descargo por escrito para el día 29/06/2010.-
* Dar por perdido el partido a ambos clubes. Art. 32 y33 del RDTP.-

MATCH: NACIONAL vs. DEF. PEÑALOZA (6ta), de fecha 12/06/2010:
Visto: Los informes de los árbitros del partido de fecha 12/06/2010 y nota presentada por el Club Nacional.-
RESUELVE:
Ratificar lo actuado en Boletín Nº13/2010.-

MATCH: DEF. PEÑALOZA vs. NOBLEZA (1ra), de fecha 22/05/2010:
VISTO: Tomada declaraciones a las autoridades del Club Peñaloza, cotejada las pruebas presentadas.-
RESUELVE:
Se ratifican los puntos 1, 2 y 3 de lo actuado en el Boletín Nº10/2010, no así con el punto número 4.
Dicho punto queda sin efecto, por existir un error administrativo involuntario. Art. 32 y 33 del RDTP.-
VISTO NOTA: Recibida por el Club Dep. Nobleza de fecha 23/06/2010.-
RESUELVE:
Se rechaza por improcedente y por estar fuera de término.-
